A Transformational Series Led by Certified Hypnotherapists

Mike Smith Hypnosis offers a powerful, live virtual group session series designed to help you become a nonsmoker—using the science-backed strength of hypnosis and the motivation that comes from shared purpose.

Hypnosis has been shown to be 3 to 4 times more effective than nicotine replacement therapies, with research indicating that around 90% of participants remain nonsmokers six months after completing similar series. And when delivered in a group setting, hypnosis is often just as effective—if not more so—than individual sessions.

This series is adapted from the globally respected “10 Steps to Becoming a Nonsmoker” approach, which has helped thousands transform their lives and reclaim their health.

Each session is led personally by Mike Smith, a certified hypnotherapist and practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), trained by the iNLP Center and accredited by the International Hypnosis Association. As a former smoker himself, Mike brings a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and empowering approach—helping you align your subconscious mind with your decision to live smoke-free.
